Jumping and Rolling

Well, I did it. I jumped the gate and left the yard again. It hurt a lot more this time. I let out a loud "Yelp!" as I went over. It was totally worth it though. I got to go over and see Turbo and lift my leg on him. Excellent. If I'm going to regularly get shocked like that though, I may have to rethink my jumping strategy.

In other news, Lily rolled from her back to tummy for the first time yesterday. She doesn't really like to be on her tummy though, so she doesn't know what to do once she rolls. I guess that'll be motivation for her to learn how to go from her tummy to her back.

Easter Weekend

Well, Katie's parents came over last Wednesday to visit with Lily and give her an Easter basket. I was very jealous, so I kept barking and being obnoxious. It was great because it made Lily cry. Katie got frustrated with my antics and made me go outside. Silly her thought the new electric fence would contain me. She was wrong. I jumped the gate and left the yard. That's right, I crossed THREE fence lines to get out and it didn't bother me at all. I was nice though because I decided not to roam the neighborhood. I just went across the street to visit Turbo. Once Greg found out what I did, he upped the shock intensity for the fence. I haven't tested it yet. I'm waiting for the perfect opportunity. Maybe tomorrow when Katie's parents come back over.

Here are some recent pictures of Lily. Greg and Katie must've been trying to dress her like movie characters. Her red Reebok sweatsuit is really cute. She looks like she could be a member of the Royal Tenenbaum family.

Here is her Nacho Libre look.

Finally, a picture of her in her Easter dress.

4 Month Check Up

Lily went to the doctor today. She weighed in at 11 lbs. 13 oz. and is 23-1/2". She's now in the 25th percentile in height and 20th percentile in weight. The doctor says she'll probably be on the petite side. Hehe. She got 5 shots again and was not happy about it. She also wasn't too happy about the exam this time either. She was actually awake during the entire thing. The doctor says everything looks good. She goes back in 2 months.
